That weird time of the month when your period is about to begin and you can’t trust the scale. That’s what’s going on right now. I lost 4 inches last week and the week before that I lost 2.5 inches so that’s good.

I estimate that I am 15 inches away from having the body that I want. Hey followers. Yes you guys. I hope all of you are doing well on your journey to becoming more healthy. I’m still doing fine.

I upped my cardio because I just think it will help me burn more fat and I’m not two-piece-ready yet. It’s May and I’ve been on this journey for 4 months and I’m still not there, so I hope the increase in cardio will increase my results.
